Upon receipt of your approval by email to send out your resume project, and after payment is made for this particular service, your resume and cover letter are sent out in text version (.txt) to employers and recruiters in the hidden job market.
Soon after those employers and recruiters who have postings/job descriptions in their hand may contact you. Often clients receive from 120 to 750 employers and recruiters on the list, but we can't say exactly how many will contact you. However, many former job seekers have received employment using this effective process. It has worked for so many former clients! It sure beats sending out resumes one by one. Imagine the time you'll save and money you'll $ave, printing off so many resumes and cover letters to hand deliver or mail.
It's your chance to tap into the Hidden Job Market! Often people holding these job descriptions do not advertise but rely on word of mouth or our resume distribution system that is tied to a downtown Toronto company in the financial district.
The beauty of all this is that you will also receive your resume in a 'general' format and your cover letter will identify where you are interested in working as far as location, ie. Mississauga, Brampton or in the east end: Ajax, Pickering, Markham, Scarborough.
